We stand behind every product we sell. All devices are 100% genuine, sourced through authorised channels, and covered by full manufacturer warranties.
Returns Policy
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original, unopened packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
To initiate a return, email support@vaporisers.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 1 business day.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, contact us at support@vaporisers.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Used or opened devices (unless faulty)
- Consumable items (screens, cleaning supplies, rolling papers)
- Items returned after 30 days without prior approval
Manufacturer Warranties
All devices we sell are covered by the manufacturer's official warranty. We handle warranty claims on your behalf — simply email us and we'll manage the process with the manufacturer.

- PAX — 10-year limited warranty (industry leading)
- DynaVap — Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects
- Storz & Bickel (Mighty+, Crafty+, Volcano) — 2-year warranty
- Arizer (Solo II, Air MAX, Air SE, ArGo, XQ2) — 2-year warranty
- Puffco — 1-year limited warranty
- G Pen / Grenco Science — 1-year limited warranty
- XMAX / XVAPE — 1-year limited warranty
What Warranties Cover
Manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. They do not cover:
- Physical damage from drops or misuse
- Water damage
- Normal wear and tear (seals, screens, mouthpieces)
- Damage from use with substances not intended for the device
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Email support@vaporisers.com with your order number
- Describe the issue and include photos if possible
- We'll assess the claim and liaise with the manufacturer
- Most claims are resolved within 5–10 business days
