How long does US shipping take?
All orders are shipped via USPS. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Orders over $100 ship free. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. If your device arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at support@vaporisers.com within 7 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How do I make a warranty claim?
All devices we sell are covered by the manufacturer's official warranty — Storz & Bickel (2–3 years), PAX (10 years), Arizer (2 years), DynaVap (lifetime against manufacturing defects). To make a claim, email us at support@vaporisers.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll handle the process with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Are your products genuine?
Yes — 100%. Every device we sell is sourced through authorised distribution channels. We do not stock grey market, parallel import, or counterfeit products. All devices come with their full manufacturer warranty and official packaging.
Do you ship to all US states?
Yes, we ship to all 50 US states via USPS. We do not currently ship internationally.

How to Use a DynaVap — Torch Technique Guide
New to DynaVap? The technique is simple once you know it — and becomes second nature within a few sessions.
- Load the oven: Pack the tip lightly with ground dry herb. A small amount (~0.1g) is all you need.
- Cap the tip: Place the cap over the oven tip.
- Apply heat: Hold a butane torch lighter 1–2cm from the cap. Rotate the device slowly for even heating.
- Listen for the click: The cap will click audibly when it reaches vaporization temperature. Stop heating immediately.
- Inhale slowly: Draw slowly and steadily through the mouthpiece for smooth, flavourful vapour.
- Wait for the cool-down click: The cap clicks again as it cools. You can reheat for a second extraction or empty the oven.
Heating Guide — Torch Technique for Different Results
- Single torch, tip of flame, slow rotation: Lower temperature — light, flavour-forward vapour. Best for terpene expression.
- Single torch, closer to cap, steady heat: Mid-range temperature — balanced density and flavour. Most popular technique.
- Dual torch or faster heating: Higher temperature — denser, fuller vapour. Best for maximum extraction.
- Heating the base of the cap vs the tip: Base heating = cooler, smoother. Tip heating = hotter, denser.

Warranty & Returns
At Vaporisers, we take care of all warranty claims. Our goal is to make the warranty process quick and hassle free for our customers.
To ensure that your warranty claim is handled as efficiently as possible, please keep record of your order number (located on your order or shipping confirmation emails, or by logging into your account). You won't need to register your vaporizer to make a claim.*
If your vaporizer is experiencing a fault or you believe it is not working correctly, please complete the warranty form here. Once submitted, our warranty team will contact you with all the details needed to complete your claim, including our shipping address.
A thorough assessment will be conducted on your vaporizer to confirm the fault before a replacement can be issued. Please note we don't repair vaporizers, brand new replacements are issued.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders are dispatched via USPS with signature on delivery for security reasons. Orders dispatched daily on weekdays only (excluding public holidays). Orders received by 9am (EST) will be dispatched the same day.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your USPS tracking number after 5pm. Please check your Inbox and your Junk Mail for your tracking number as this is an automated e-mail. Track your delivery at www.usps.com/track
When Will I Receive My Order?
- Standard Shipping: USPS guideline is within 3-7 business days from the day your order is dispatched. If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please email us at vaporisers.help@gmail.com and include your confirmation number. Delivery times may take longer in some rural areas.
- Express Shipping: USPS guideline is within 2-3 business days from the day your order is dispatched.
Delivery Notes
- Vaporisers ships orders USA-wide only.
- Make sure your delivery address is full and correct to avoid delays. We can deliver to PO Boxes.
- USPS will not leave orders unattended, please ensure someone is present at your delivery address to accept your order.
- USPS will leave a notification card if no one is present to accept your order. Please ensure your order is collected from your local Post Office within the specified timeframe on the notification card, otherwise your order will be returned to us.
- A re-delivery fee of $14.95 will be charged to re-send your order. Orders can be delivered to your workplace.
- Orders are packaged discreetly and the contents are not visible on your package.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Products are inspected before dispatch and packed with extra care. Upon receipt, please check your order and contact us with any issues as we cannot replace used items. If an item is defective, does not match our description, or it is not fit for its intended purpose, we will offer you a refund or exchange, subject to the following process:
Advise us of the issue with your order number, picture and description of the faulty item. We will supply our order return details. Return the item to us unused, unmarked and in its original packaging within 30 days of you receiving it.
We recommend registered post as we are not responsible for returns that we do not receive. The delivery cost to return the item to us is at your expense. Replacements will be returned to you at no additional charge.
However, if we receive an item that has been damaged, used, shows signs of wear, not in original packaging, or packaging is damaged, we reserve the right not to replace or refund the item. We will advise you in this event.
Once we have authorised a refund, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund.
Refunds will be issued in the same way that you paid for your order. If we assess the warranty claim to be valid and not caused by fault of the customer, we will send you a replacement item and cover the delivery costs.
However if no fault is found with the item, the return postage will be at the customer's expense.
Please choose carefully. We cannot cancel or refund an order once it has been placed. Unfortunately, products cannot be returned due to damage caused by misuse or negligence.
