Marvos Replacement Pods by FreeMax are filled and coils replaced from the bottom of the pod and have 4 or 4.5mL e-liquid capacity depending on your choice of PCTG (BPA-free plastic) or glass pod which are both transparent to see your vapour e-juice level. FreeMax Marvox Pods use the incredibly tasty, sub ohm, replaceable MS Mesh Coils and are designed for use with the Freemax Marvos 60W Pod Kit to direct-lung (DL) vape and produce huge vape clouds with!

FreeMax Marvos Replaceable Pods bare their soul through their translucent body that effortlessly displays your e-liquid level and your FreeMax MS Mesh Coil. Other than looking awesome, being translucent can actually save you from vaping on an empty pod which can burn your coil. More features of the Marvos Pods include:

  • Superb flavour and big vape clouds! The FreeMax MS Mesh Coils perform so incredibly well with FreeMax’s COILTECH4.0 technology, with their tea fiber cotton formula and stainless steel (Military Grade SS904L) core.
  • Simple changing of MS Coils – simply pull out the old coil and plug in the new coil.
  • PCTG 4.5mL e-liquid capacity pod – decently-sized, BPA-free plastic pod that won’t need refilling all the time, depending on how much you vape.
  • Glass 4mL e-liquid capacity pod - choose the glass pod if you like and don't worry about it cracking from heat! Glass Marvos Pods are made with High Borosilicate Glass which contains boron trioxide. This type of glass allows for a very low coefficient of thermal expansion so it won't crack under extreme temperature changes like regular glass.
  • Magnetic connection – securely connects to the mod and stays there until you want to remove it.
  • Removeable 810 drip tip – easily remove your mouthpiece to clean or replace it. A V-shaped groove at the edge of the drip tip also reduces spitback and leakage.
    • Keep your drip tips! New FreeMax Marvos Pods come with a drip tip too so we think it’s a good idea to keep drip tips from old pods, if they’re in good shape, so you can have spares.
  • Fill from the bottom – a strong rubber plug beneath the pod covers your fill port that’s better suited to unicorn nozzle e-liquid bottles (thin tip as opposed to a dropper).
  • Spot-on DL vaping – surprisingly awesome DL vaping from the sub ohm Marvos Pod (where you draw vapour directly to the lungs by breathing in through your drip tip while pressing the fire button). The perfect performance of the sub ohm FreeMax MS Mesh Coils on flavour and vapour delivery combined with the 810 drip tip and adjustable airflow of compatible mods makes great DL vaping possible.

Please note:

  • Marvos Pods do not come FreeMax MS Mesh Coils. When you get coils however, remember to prime them before use by placing a few drops of e-liquid in the centre to saturate the cotton. This will stop you from getting dry hits or burning your coil prematurely.

Warranty & Returns

At Vaporisers, we take care of all warranty claims. Our goal is to make the warranty process quick and hassle free for our customers.

To ensure that your warranty claim is handled as efficiently as possible, please keep record of your order number (located on your order or shipping confirmation emails, or by logging into your account). You won't need to register your vaporizer to make a claim.*

If your vaporizer is experiencing a fault or you believe it is not working correctly, please complete the warranty form here. Once submitted, our warranty team will contact you with all the details needed to complete your claim, including our shipping address.

A thorough assessment will be conducted on your vaporizer to confirm the fault before a replacement can be issued. Please note we don't repair vaporizers, brand new replacements are issued.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched via USPS with “signature on delivery” for security reasons. Orders dispatched daily on weekdays only (excluding public holidays) Orders received by 9am (EST) will be dispatched the same day.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your USPS tracking number after 5pm. Please check your “Inbox” and your “Junk Mail” for your tracking number as this it is an automated e-mail, Track your delivery at www.usps.com/track

When Will I Receive My Order?

  • Standard Shipping: USPS guideline is within 3-7 business days from the day your order is dispatched. If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please email us at vaporisers.com.au@gmail.com and include your confirmation number. Delivery times may take longer in some rural areas.
  • Express Shipping: USPS guideline is within 2-3 business days from the day your order is dispatched.

Delivery Notes

  • Vaporisers ships orders USA-wide only.
  • Make sure your delivery address is full and correct to avoid delays. We can deliver to PO Boxes.
  • USPS will not leave orders unattended, please ensure someone is present at your delivery address to accept your order.
  • USPS will leave a notification card if no one is present to accept your order. Please ensure your order is collected from your local Post Office within the specified timeframe on the notification card, otherwise your order will be returned to us.
  • A re-delivery fee of $14.95 will be charged to re-send your order. Orders can be delivered to your workplace.
  • Orders are packaged discreetly and the contents are not visible on your package.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Products are inspected before dispatch and packed with extra care. Upon receipt, please check your order and contact us with any issues as we cannot replace used items. If an item is defective, does not match our description, or it is not fit for its intended purpose, we will offer you a refund or exchange, but is subject to the following process:

Advise us of the issue with your order number, picture and description of the faulty item. We will supply our “order return” details. Return the item to us unused, unmarked and in its original packaging within 3 days of you receiving it.

We recommend registered post as we are not responsible for returns that we do not receive. The delivery cost to return the item to us is at your expense. Replacements will be returned to you at no additional charge.

However, If we receive an item that has been damaged, used, shows signs of wear, not in original packaging, or packaging is damaged, we reserve the right not to replace or refund the item. We will advise you in this event.

Once we have authorised a refund, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund.

Refunds will be issued in the same way that you paid for your order. If we assess the warranty claim to be valid and not caused by fault of the customer, we will send you a replacement item and cover the delivery costs.

However if no fault is found with the item, the return postage will be at the customer’s expense. Tanks and Coils:

No warranty is offered on tanks and coils as they are considered “consumables” (designed to be used and thrown away after a certain amount of uses). A DOA (dead on arrival) policy of 36 hours upon receipt applies. Liquids:

For health reasons, we do not re-sell liquids once they have left our premises. We have a strict no-return policy on Liquids.

Please choose carefully. We cannot cancel or refund an order once it has been placed. Unfortunately, products cannot be returned due to damage caused by misuse or negligence.
